Regatta Ready- High Performance

The Regatta Ready is the Intermediate Level program of the Nelson Paddling Club Sprint Team. This program is designed for athletes who have some experience in sprint canoe/kayak. This program offers three practices per week, where athletes develop their paddling skills through drills, techniques, and games. Athletes will be provided with level appropriate training programs and excellent coach to athlete ratio. In this program, athletes will have opportunities to race at different provincial regattas and local race nights.

In 2019 fees have been divided into 3 parts. Fees will cover all practices, club membership and CKBC insurance. In addition all Regatta Ready participants are encouraged to participate in Thursday Night Fun Races at no additional cost!!!

We have posted the registration for the Spring Session. Our goal is to keep this program cost neutral. Fees for the summer program will be determined once we know our attendance numbers. Anticipated total for fees for the 2019 season will be in the ballpark of $550.
